We request a one-time non-refundable service fee of $350 that may be applied to your Destination Wedding Travel and includes the following comprehensive services:
Research Service:
- Research & provide you rates for up to 3 all-inclusive resorts in two destinations. We visit these resorts personally & frequently!
- Research your wedding date(s) availability.
- Provide wedding customization info for resort wedding packages.
- Provide you with requirements for a vow renewal, legal, or symbolic ceremony.
- Provide you with resort prices for 4 and 7 nights of travel (& other options on request).
Wedding and Reservation Service:
- Reserve your ceremony date at the resort of your choice.
- Provide written confirmation of the ceremony date.
- Introduce you to the resort-wedding planner to establish your relationship.
- Facilitate your direct planning of all wedding functions with the resort (detailed planning done with resort wedding coordinator).
- Set up a Honeymoon Registry through Honeymoon Wishes (optional).
Travel Service:
- Provide professional travel services for you and your guests including resort reservations and airfare upon request (many guests choose to book AIR on their own).
- Modify group contract dates to customize for individual guests as needed.
- Provide optional trip cancellation insurance.
- Answer UNLIMITED questions and concerns for all guests.
- Provide service to you and your guests before, during, and after travel.
Guest Communication Service:
- Send out custom save-the-date email notice to your guests after contract in place.
- Send out detailed rate information to guests to assist with their individual plans.
- Provide electronic payment process over a secure site for guests’ benefit.
- Send out periodic alerts and informational emails to your guests to keep process moving.
- Coordinate and summarize your guests’ booking status from start to finish.
